Ben Colabrese, Director

Mr. Colabrese is the Executive Vice President – Finance of The Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club, which is wholly owned by Rogers Communications Inc. (NYSE: RCI). He is responsible for all financial matters at the Blue Jays including all reporting to the parent company and Major League Baseball. Mr. Colabrese has been with Rogers since 2015, where he held the roles of Vice President and General Manager of Mobilicity (which Rogers acquired in 2015), and then Senior Vice President Finance for the X1 Syndication Program, before moving to his current role with the Blue Jays.

Natasha De Masi, Director

Ms. De Masi is based in Austin, Texas, where she manages compensation for the global business group function at Meta. Previously she was chief of staff to the Chief People Officer at Visa, and also served as director of global talent management at Visa. Prior to transitioning to a human resource role, Ms. De Masi spent over a decade in investment banking and capital markets at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Royal Bank of Canada. Additionally, she serves as a venture partner at Impact Venture Capital. Ms. De Masi holds an AB from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the Wharton school at the University of Pennsylvania.

Ted Hastings, Executive Chairman and Director

Mr. Hastings has an 18-year career as a CEO/President including 30+ acquisitions in both the public and private markets. He has served as CEO of RhythmOne (LSE AIM: RTHM), CEO of Perk (TSX: PER), President of Cyberplex, CEO of Tsavo Media, and CEO of GBG (sold to NYSE: MMM) through his career in leadership positions in software and internet companies. He was named to Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 for 2009, is a CPA and a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University.

Iain Klugman, Director

Iain Klugman is the former CEO of Communitech Corporation - Canada’s leading innovation organization. Previously, Iain was the CEO of Destination Ontario with global responsibility for the Ontario Brand. He was Executive Director of Communications with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and led Global Branding and Advertising for Nortel. A leader in governance, he has served on over 30 for-profit, non-profit and charities over his career as co-founder, director, or chair. Iain has been named one of the 50 most powerful businesspeople in Canada, 50 most influential people in Toronto, and was awarded the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal. Iain holds an MBA (Laurier), an MPA (Dalhousie) and AMP (Wharton).

Christopher Locke, Director

Mr. Locke is an entrepreneur who has orchestrated hundreds of millions of dollars in corporate transactions, including debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, IP licensing, and go-public deals. Prior to co-founding PopReach, where he served as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Corporate Secretary, Mr. Locke was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Blammo Games, acquired by Glu Mobile (NASDAQ: GLUU), where he subsequently served as Senior Vice President.

Mike Vorhaus, Director

Mr. Vorhaus is the founder and CEO of Vorhaus Advisors, a research and consultancy firm to media, internet and video game companies. Previously, he was President of Magid Advisors, where he founded their Internet and Gaming practices, advising many of the top digital and gaming companies in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Vorhaus is a Director of Perion (NASDAQ: PERI), where he Chairs the Nominations Committee and serves on the Audit Committee, a Director of Altimar Acquisitions (NYSE: ATAC), and an advisor to venture capital and private equity firms in regard to investments in the media and tech spaces. Mike Vorhaus appears regularly on CNBC, CNBC Asia, MSNBC, CBS, NPR, and Fox Business, and is often quoted in newspapers and Websites, such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Reuters, MarketWatch, TheStreet, and others.

Jon Walsh, Director

Mr. Walsh is a veteran of game publishing, delivering more than 30 games across console, PC and mobile platforms that have collectively generated more than 50 million downloads. He was the Founder and CEO of Fuse Powered, a mobile ad mediation and analytics platform used by hundreds of successful apps, and later acquired by Upsight, where he served as President. Prior to Fuse, Mr. Walsh founded Groove Games, a retail game publisher that produced over a dozen PC and console games that sold millions of units and generated tens of millions of dollars in revenue. He holds an HBA and MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
